The Board of Trade |
|
|
|
Built in 1914,
the Board of Trade Building was the first building to be moved and restored
for the Vanderhoof Heritage Museum in 1978. It was used for town meetings and
as a school and for Church services until 1921. The Board of Trade was a very
active organization and in later years was called the Chamber of Commerce. Today
this wonderful heritage building houses the Vanderhoof Heritage Museum's main
collection giving a broad outline of the history of Vanderhoof. |
