DOMAIN REGISTRATION
Hwy16 Internet can help you
register your own domain name! Domain names are excellent ways for potential
customers to remember your web site address. For example, www.mysite.com
as opposed to www.hwy16.com/mysite. Please see below for Domain Registration
Information.
Registering .com, .net,
or .org domains
You may choose to register your domain name through Hwy16. We charge a
$25.00 CDN domain registration/transfer fee. You must pay the actual domain
registration fees ($35 USD) To register with us, please contact our Web
Sales Dept.
Registering .ca domains
To register a .ca domain you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident
of Canada, or represent a Canadian company or organization. Hwy16 Internet
charges a $40.00 CDN fee for setting up a .ca domain. You must pay the
actual domain registration fee. To register with us, please contact our
Web Sales Dept.

You can also register the domain yourself with an alternate registrar.
To register such a domain yourself with another registrar, you will
need certain information:
If you are registering with Network Solutions or an affiliate, please
enter AM983 for the Technical Contact.

Primary Name (DNS) Server, enter:

For Secondary
Name (DNS) Server, enter:

HWY16 Internet will not be responsible for interruption of service or
inability to secure required domain name(s) due to client's failure
to pay intial domain name registration, setup fees annual domain maintenance
fees and/or monthly charges incurred by hosting your domain name with
HWY16 Internet.
